Privacy Policy
What we store about you, why we need it, and how you can have it deleted. Effective from August 7, 2026.
Data controller
Blue Vision, s.r.o., registered office at Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, company ID 29415268, VAT ID CZ29415268, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 205368. Contact: info@smartfirstline.com.
What data we process
- Account: email address, first and last name (if you fill them in, or if they come with the billing details of your payment), the language you chose, the date you registered and the date you last signed in.
- Orders: the identifiers of your payment at Stripe, amount, currency, payment status and the email address from the order. The receipt is issued and kept by Stripe.
- Your content: your worksheet answers, the contacts you write down, your own lines, humor entries and the versions of your professional introduction.
- Technical records: a fingerprint of your IP address and details about your browser, recorded when you sign in. We store an irreversible fingerprint, not the address itself.
- Traffic on public pages: IP address, the page you visited, where you came from, data about your browser and device, and a technical device fingerprint. The details are below, under Traffic measurement.
Why we process it
So that we can provide the service you bought (performance of a contract), meet our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation) and protect your account against misuse (legitimate interest).
Who we share it with
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.): payment processing and receipts.
- WEDOS Internet, a.s.: hosting of the application and the database, and delivery of our transactional email.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: measuring how well our advertising works. Partly through the measurement code on public pages, partly through a report of a completed purchase sent from our server. None of this touches the signed-in part: what is measured is the path to a purchase, not what you do inside the app.
We do not share your data with anyone else and we do not sell it.
What we never see
The content of your notes, contacts and answers. The administration of the application works only with counts and with the state of your account, never with the text you wrote. Every time an administrator opens an account, it is recorded in an audit log.
How long we keep the data
- Your account and your content: for as long as the account exists, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Accounting records: for the period required by law, even after the account is deleted, but with no link to your person.
- Technical records of payment events: 90 days, after which their content is deleted.
- Traffic data from public pages (IP address, device fingerprint and browser data): 420 days, after which the files are deleted.
Your rights
In the Your data section, once you are signed in, you can download everything we hold about you at any time and ask us to delete your account. You also have the right to correction, to restriction of processing, to object, and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, the supervisory authority in the Czech Republic (uoou.cz).
Traffic measurement
On public pages (the sales page, the legal texts, the sign-in form) we measure traffic. In the signed-in part nothing is measured: what you do in the lesson, in the worksheets and in your personal tools does not go anywhere.
- Our own statistics: the data stays on our server. We store your IP address, the page you visited, the address of the page you came from, data about your browser and device, the time spent on the page and a technical device fingerprint that lets us recognize a return visit even from a different address. No cookies.
- Meta measurement code: it helps us evaluate our advertising. It stores its own cookies in your browser and tells Meta that a page was viewed and that an order was completed. For that purpose Meta is a separate controller.
- Purchase report from our server: after a payment we also send Meta information about the completed purchase directly from the server, so that the order can be matched to an ad even when the measurement code in the browser does not run. What is sent is the amount and the order number, your IP address, data about your browser and a fingerprint of your email address. The fingerprint is one-way, we never send the email address in readable form.
We measure on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and promoting the service. You can object by writing to our contact address. Advertising measurement can also be limited in your browser settings or in your Meta ad settings.
Cookies
The application itself uses technical cookies necessary for signing in, for form protection and for remembering the language you chose. Advertising cookies on public pages are set by the Meta measurement code, see the previous section.
Beyond that we set two cookies of our own that go with your order. When you arrive from an ad, we store the identifier of that click for 90 days, so that we can match the purchase to the right ad. When you leave to pay, we note for a few hours that an order was started in this browser, so that we can recognize which order is yours when you come back from the payment page. Neither of them contains personal data.
